Hi, I’m Tracy!
Hi! I’m Tracy — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that healing works best when you feel genuinely seen, supported, and encouraged along the way. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and my counseling style is collaborative, warm, and deeply rooted in meeting you exactly where you are. Think of me as someone who walks alongside you — offering guidance, gentle challenges when needed, and a space where you’re met with empathy, advocacy, and zero judgment.
My goal is to empower you to grow into the healthiest, most authentic version of yourself. And because healing isn’t always a straight line, I’m here to celebrate your wins and cheer you on through the messy parts, too.
I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings — from medical social work and residential eating disorder treatment to child advocacy and outpatient mental health. I’ve supported children, teens, adults, parents, couples, and families through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, stress, self-esteem struggles, and family/relationship conflict.

To help clients create meaningful change, I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m especially passionate about working with adolescents and college students who are navigating identity, body image, academic pressure, relationships, and the desire to feel understood. For couples, I use the Gottman Method to provide practical tools that reduce conflict, increase understanding, and rebuild trust.
I also love working with children and their families — including parents — to strengthen communication, improve connection, and build healthier patterns together. Supporting parents in finding confidence, calm, and clarity in their parenting journey is something I truly value. In my work with children, I have been able to support young clients in developing essential emotional and interpersonal skills. I focus on helping children build emotional regulation abilities, strengthen their self-esteem, and navigate social situations with greater confidence. Through developmentally appropriate interventions, I also guide them in understanding and managing anger in healthy, constructive ways.
By creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, I work to empower each child to recognize their strengths, communicate their feelings, and build resilience. In my collaboration with families, I aim to foster consistent support systems that reinforce growth both in and outside of the therapy room.
I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from Tarleton State University and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology (with a Human Health minor) from Stephen F. Austin State University — Axe ’Em! Fun fact: I actually spent a year in nursing school before realizing psychology and social work were where my heart truly belonged.
Originally from Phoenix, I’ve called Texas home since 2013. I’m married to my college sweetheart, and we’re raising two very energetic kids who keep life exciting. Outside of therapy and mom life, you’ll probably find me doing something active, listening to music, crafting, or experimenting in the kitchen.
If you’re looking for a therapist who brings warmth, authenticity, and a little bit of fun into the room, I’d love to connect.
